AXLE SPINDLE — TRUCK REPAIR PROCESS VISUALIZATION

The client developed a faster axle repair method but had no CAD data and no clear way to present it. We captured the real geometry using high-accuracy 3D scanning, rebuilt fully parametric CAD models, assembled the system, and created a step-by-step technical animation.

Result: A clear, professional explainer video used for sales and technician training — turning a complex repair concept into a precise, easy-to-understand process.

GEARBOX RECONSTRUCTION — GRINDING MACHINE

A damaged gearbox from an aging grinding machine needed full reproduction — zero drawings, zero CAD data, zero margin for error.

We performed high-accuracy 3D scanning, reverse engineered all components, rebuilt a complete 3D model of the assembly, and programmed full CNC toolpaths for production from a solid block.

Result: A manufacturing-ready CAD model prepared for CNC programming, enabling production of a new replacement gearbox.
